Welcome to USA Plans (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, membership platform, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Educational Purpose Only

USA Plans provides structured educational resources, templates, tools, and informational materials designed to help individuals understand business development concepts.

We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, accounting services, investment advice, or professional consulting services. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a substitute for professional advice.

Users are solely responsible for their business decisions and outcomes.

We do not guarantee business success, income, profitability, compliance status, or any specific results.

All business activity involves risk. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, financial resources, and numerous external factors beyond our control.

3. Membership Tiers & Billing

USA Plans may offer multiple membership tiers, including free access, paid subscriptions, and beta offerings.

By purchasing a paid membership:

  • You agree to recurring billing at the stated rate.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for future members at any time.

4. Beta Founder Tier Terms

From time to time, we may offer promotional or beta access tiers.

For Beta Founder memberships:

  • Beta pricing may be limited in availability and may close at any time.
  • Rate locks apply only while membership remains active and uninterrupted.
  • Upgrade discounts, if offered, apply one time per member.
  • Upgrade discounts apply to the standard published price at the time of upgrade.
  • Discounts may not be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • Benefits have no cash value.
  • Features are released progressively and may change during development.
  • Platform offerings, pricing, and tier structures may be modified at our discretion.

Beta access is provided “as is” during development.

5. Feature Availability & Development

Certain tools, calculators, AI-assisted resources, WordPress plugins, and other features may be:

  • In development
  • Released progressively
  • Modified, replaced, or discontinued

We do not guarantee timelines for feature releases.

6. Third-Party Services & Affiliates

We may reference or recommend third-party platforms, services, or vendors. Some of these relationships may include affiliate partnerships, meaning we may earn a commission.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their performance, policies, pricing, or actions.

Users engage with third-party services at their own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, templates, guides, tools, PDFs, branding, design elements, and proprietary systems—is owned by USA Plans unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute materials
  • Copy or reproduce materials for commercial use
  • Share login credentials
  • Reverse engineer proprietary tools or plugins

  • Revenue interruption
  • Compliance issues
  • Third-party disputes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability
  • Suitability for a particular purpose
