Basic information about your business. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything yet — you can update this anytime as you figure things out.

Providing this information allows our tools and forms to function more effectively and may reduce the need for repeated data entry later.

Your role in the business (e.g., Owner, Managing Member, President). You can change this later.

Optional. Upload your business card (PDF or image). This may be used to auto-fill contact details on documents.

Optional. Upload a photo of yourself or the primary business representative. This may be used on documents, profiles, or reports.

State / Province We collect this separately so the tools and programs on the site work correctly for you.

ZIP or postal code for your primary business address. Used for filings and documents.

Select the country where your business is primarily located. If you're outside the U.S., this ensures forms and documents are generated correctly.
