Information currently received
When a visitor emails USAPlans, the visitor’s email provider supplies the return address and any information the visitor chooses to include. USAPlans web hosting may retain standard server logs such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time for security and operations.
What the public website does not request
Current USAPlans pages do not request Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records, tax documents or insurance application data. Visitors should not send sensitive records through ordinary email.
External destinations
Authoritative-source links and future provider links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. USAPlans will identify compensated connections but does not control another organization’s data practices.
Contact and retention
USAPlans uses contact information to respond to the visitor’s request, maintain business records and protect the service. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@usaplans.org. This notice must be revised before forms, analytics, scheduling embeds, advertising pixels or customer accounts are activated.
